Standard Ventilation Services

Who We Serve

Commercial Properties

Ventilation service for commercial buildings — clear written scope, after-hours scheduling, and documentation that satisfies owners and head offices.

Commercial ventilation work is judged on execution: showing up when scheduled, working without disrupting the business, and producing the paperwork the building’s stakeholders expect. The cleaning is table stakes.

We service offices, retail, mixed-use and light-industrial properties across Metro Vancouver: accessible ventilation ductwork, grilles and diffusers, exhaust fans and terminations, and filters where in scope. Properties with cooking operations get commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning in the same engagement — hood to fan, on a schedule matched to cooking volume, with the photo documentation that category demands. Work is quoted from a written scope, scheduled for evenings, weekends or phased sections as your operations require, and documented with service records you can hand to an owner or head office without translation.

Honest boundaries

We’re ventilation specialists, and we’re explicit about the edges of that: no furnace or AC work, no mechanical contracting. When we find an issue that belongs to another trade — a failed motor, damaged ductwork needing reconstruction — we document it clearly so you can action it, rather than improvising outside our competence.

From one-time to scheduled

Most commercial relationships begin with a specific problem and settle into a schedule. Once your systems are documented, a recurring maintenance program keeps filters, fans and ducts on appropriate cycles — predictable cost, fewer surprises, and a building file that stays current.

Common questions

Do you service commercial buildings?

Yes. We service commercial properties, hotels, care facilities and institutional buildings — from individual exhaust systems to recurring maintenance programs covering ventilation systems across a whole facility.

What documentation is provided?

Residential customers receive a service record of the work performed and anything worth monitoring. For building-wide programs we provide a completion summary: suites scheduled and completed, no-access units, deficiencies observed, before/after photos where useful, and a recommended date for the next service.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the systems being serviced, the number of units or fixtures, access requirements (including rooftop work) and travel. Residential services are quoted simply and up front; building-wide programs are quoted after we understand the building’s systems, unit count and scheduling needs.
