Who We Serve

Senior Living & Care Facilities

Resident-sensitive ventilation service for independent living, assisted living and care facilities — quiet, coordinated, and documented for administrators.

Service work in a seniors’ residence or care facility carries obligations that ordinary buildings don’t. Residents may be uncomfortable with unfamiliar people in their suite, schedules revolve around meals, care routines and rest, and the facility’s staff — not the residents — are the right channel for access coordination.

We plan around that reality. Visits are scheduled with your administration and care staff, suites are serviced with staff-coordinated access, technicians work quietly and tidily, and the daily schedule is built to avoid disrupting facility routines. Where a resident isn’t comfortable on the scheduled day, the suite is tracked and revisited rather than forced or skipped.

The systems we service

Suite-level ventilation — bathroom exhaust, HRV/ERV units, in-suite laundry exhaust where present — plus the facility systems around them: commercial laundry exhaust, the facility kitchen’s exhaust system (cleaned around meal schedules, since a care facility’s kitchen can’t simply close), corridor and common-area ventilation, make-up air units and rooftop fans. Well-maintained ventilation supports the comfortable, fresh environment facilities work hard to provide, and we’re careful to keep our claims there: we clean and maintain systems so they perform as designed.

Documentation for operators

Administrators receive clear records: suites and systems serviced, access tracking, observations, and the recommended maintenance schedule — the kind of documentation that stands up in operational reviews and gives family members’ questions a concrete answer.

Common questions

Do residents need to be home during service?

For work inside a suite — dryer connections, HRV units, bathroom exhaust — we need access, which can be the resident being home or building-arranged access where the building’s rules allow it. Exterior and rooftop work does not require suite access.

How do building-wide service programs work?

We coordinate the program with your property manager or council: a service schedule is set, residents receive notice with access instructions, and our technicians work through the building suite by suite alongside any rooftop or common-area systems in scope. Afterward you receive a completion summary covering suites serviced, any no-access suites and any deficiencies observed.

What documentation is provided?

Residential customers receive a service record of the work performed and anything worth monitoring. For building-wide programs we provide a completion summary: suites scheduled and completed, no-access units, deficiencies observed, before/after photos where useful, and a recommended date for the next service.
