Most of our residential calls start with a symptom: laundry taking two cycles to dry, a bathroom mirror that never clears, cooking smoke that lingers long after dinner, a stuffy home with condensation on the windows. Behind each is usually a ventilation system doing its job through years of accumulated lint and dust.
We service the four systems that matter in most homes: the dryer exhaust run, the HRV or ERV, bathroom exhaust fans and ducts, and the kitchen range hood. Each is cleaned end to end — a fan with a blocked duct behind it is a cosmetic fix, so we treat the whole path and verify airflow when we’re done.
What working with us looks like
You get a clear quote before we start, a technician who protects the work area and cleans up after, and a plain-language service record when we leave: what was done, what we observed, and when the system should realistically be serviced next. If something needs repair rather than cleaning — a failed fan motor, crushed ducting — we document it honestly instead of upselling around it.
Condo owners
If you own a condo, some of your ventilation may be building-side (rooftop terminations, shared risers). We service individual suites directly, and if your strata is considering building-wide maintenance, point your council at our strata programs — a coordinated program is almost always cheaper per suite than one-off visits.
