A bathroom fan’s job is simple: move moist air out of the building before it condenses on walls and windows. When the mirror stays fogged long after a shower, or the fan hums louder while seeming to do less, the usual culprit isn’t the fan — it’s dust matting the grille and fan wheel, or a duct and termination narrowed by years of lint and debris.
We clean the complete path: grille, fan housing and wheel, the duct run itself, and the exterior or rooftop termination where the air actually exits. Cleaning only the visible fan while leaving a blocked duct is cosmetic; treating the whole run is what restores real airflow, and we check it at the end so you’re not taking it on faith.
Why it matters in coastal BC
